Scare up a good time for Halloween Events in South Florida!

Just in time for the little (and not so little) trick-or-treaters, we have scared up some thoughts about Halloween safety and a short list of some of the great ways to celebrate the holiday safely!

Halloween Safety Tips

According the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) here is a great acronym to help you and your family have a frightfully good time: SAFE HALLOWEEN.

We also found that Safe Kids Worldwide™ also posted some great tips listed by age group. Please take a moment to visit the page and download their tips by clicking here.

Finally, we found the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) also has a great article posted about Halloween safety, they mention, “Halloween is an exciting time of year for kids, and to help ensure they have a safe holiday, here are some tips from the AAP. Feel free to excerpt these tips or use them in their entirety for any print or broadcast story, with acknowledgment of source.”

Here are some links to provide you with information about just a few of the great family-friendly Halloween events happening in your neighborhood.
